Salon Price Policies:

Prices posted are for regular salon business hours, any special events, opening during non business hours, early morning or days off will be a fee of $20.00 and up per service.

All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services.

Cancellation Policies:

We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Children Policy:

We LOVE children... some of us even have a few! However, we ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment unless they are receiving services. Many Guests look forward to their salon experience as personal "pampering" time. Even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, glass shelves, etc.). Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding. In return, when your child is receiving a service, we promise to see that no pesky grownups disrupt their experience!. 


The State Board of Cosmetology and The Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs with official "Service Animal" vests are the ONLY exception to this rule. 

Late Arrivals:

We ask that you notify our staff in the event that you will be late for your scheduled appointment.

In the event where you will be more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we do reserve the right to reschedule your hair services for a later time or date.

Beginning an appointment later than the originally scheduled time results in necessary schedule adjustments for clients scheduled throughout the rest of the business day.

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
